Role & Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategies and tactics to publicize and promote the organization image/products, and drive qualified traffic or desired results.
2. Organize marketing campaigns and own their implementations from inception to execution.
3. Accomplish all marketing calendars and media plans on time, within the approved budget and quality standards.
4. Ensure the relevant marketing or promotional plans are developed to maximize market penetration, desirability, and profitability.
5. Measure and report performance of marketing activities ROI, gain insight, assess against goals and learn from findings.
6. Direct and supervise the branding utilization practices (guidelines and procedures) and ensure adherence to them at all time.
7. Identify and develop in-depth knowledge of the target groups, through continuous monitoring, research, and analysis of trends, needs, and behaviors.
8. Provide insights on product development and pricing strategy that attracts and converts target groups.
9. Drive and supervise the production of all marketing campaign materials, from creative briefings, concept developments to all ATL/BTL artwork adaptations, proofreading, final artworks approving, printing and distributing.
10. Direct the generation of leads that translate into sales/leasing opportunities, inquiries or requests.
11. Provide insights on customer relationship management, lead generation/conversion, footfall driving, repeat visitation, shopper satisfaction and guest experience.
12. Manage the selection and work of all 3rd parties/suppliers/service providers (Advertising/media/PR agencies, production houses, and market research).

Key Achievements:
1. Led the marketing launch of Al-Qasr project during 2007 - 2012, (brand activations, inauguration, and sales/lease launching in phases). With 3, 303 residential and commercial units, Al-Qasr is considered the largest mixed-use real estate project in KSA provided by the privet sector. Also in 2011, the project was awarded the prize for the biggest residential project in the Kingdom.
2. Developed and implemented the pricing, selling and leasing strategy for 2797 residential apartments and 254 villas of Al-Qasr project.
3. Led and supervised the planning and implementation of furnishing 14 show villas and 3 apartments in Riyadh and Madina cities. Also led and supervised the production of more than 25 physical models for Dar Al-Arkan showrooms and sales offices.
4. Led the marketing launch of Eshbiliah 420 villas project during 2007 & 2008, (brand activations, advertising, ATL/BTL media, PR operations, and sales launching in phases).
5. Contributed to the preparation and participation in more than 12 real estate exhibitions.
6. Participated in the marketing and PR campaigns for the launch of Dar Al-Arkan IPO in 2007.
7. Played a key role in preparing and managing the launch event of Qasr Khozam project in Jeddah in Oct 2008, under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz.
8. Led and successfully accomplished the marketing launch of Al-Qasr Mall in Riyadh, (soft opening, grand opening, and 6 annual marketing calendars).
9. Headed and supervised the execution of the three major events for Al-Qasr Mall successfully:
A. The grand opening ceremony of Al-Qasr Mall in 2013, under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud, Governor of Riyadh region.
B. The official opening ceremony of Riyadh shopping and entertainment festival of 2014, the event was hosted and honored by HRH Prince Turki Bin Abdullah Al Saud, Governor of Riyadh region.
C. The official opening ceremony of Riyadh shopping and entertainment festival of 2015, under the patronage of HRH Prince Faisal Bin Bandar Al Saud, Governor of Riyadh region.

3) Played a key role in the launch of the Riyad Money Fund marketing campaign in 1999, which resulted in achieving of SR. 396 Million.
4) Successfully accomplished the launch of the 40th Anniversary campaign for Riyad Bank.
5) Participated in the preparation and launch of the new identity/logo for Riyad Bank.
