Project Detail: Riyadh Metro Project (RMP) - FAST Consortium - (FCC - SAMSUNG - STRUKTON - FREYSSINET SAUDI ARABIA - ATKINS - ALSTOM) with project budget (8.6 billion USD) and more than 15, 000 direct manpower.
Responsible for leading HR and HR Admin related activities for diverse projects in diverse locations with total revenue of average SR 8 Billions. Leading and directing the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business; Handling Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinarians, grievances and other areas - Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement.
Responsible for executing organizational restructuring and formulating organizational manual for 11 companies and formulating succession plan for 19 companies. Key person to conduct job analysis for 5 companies with more than 400 jobs along with job evaluations. Implemented Performance Management System by using different methods; ex: MBO (Management by Objectives) and Graphic Rating Scale along with Incident Log.
Served as Official Consultant for the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, Handling all internal HR activities, in addition to providing HR consultancy and Executive recruitment for members.
Areas of Operation: Egypt, Nigeria, Algeria, United Arab Emirates and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the regional headquarters for the Middle East.
Advised management on the administration of HR policies and procedures.
Successfully and timely completed the HR projects including HR researches, tracking and analyzing metrics and suggesting insights for improvisation.
Main person to advice on recruiting and implementing HR Policies / Procedures.
Suggested and implemented suitable HR technology for business advancement.
Along with routine HR operations - accomplished staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Responsible for building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business - Providing strategic and day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of business HR plans and apply skills of HR to make an impact in key areas of change management, organizational design, employee engagement and talent analytics.
Handling training programs and guiding the operational /administrative program processes in all training locations. Key person to update the program database, training modules and schedules. Accountable for arranging: stationery products, compiling course material, preparing letters of agreement, preparing course schedule, and handling travel/stay arrangements for trainers.
