• Create and maintain strong relations with individual department and senior leadership within the campus.
• Create relationships and serve as a liaison with local governmental agencies including law enforcement and other emergency first responders.

• Manage the human resources for the Public Safety Abu Dhabi to include interviewing prospective candidates (proprietary or outsources) for security positions and background checks;
• Assist with the annual development and maintenance of the budget for the department.
• Manage employee relations issues, grievance procedures and progressive disciplinary matters.
• Supervise the payroll process for the department, including the accuracy of time sheets and their approval.
