* Responsible for:
o Preparing clause 14/8.3 Program, manpower / machinery requirement graph (Histogram) and cost & resource loaded
program
o Manpower & machinery allocation during project period
o Administering the cost allocation for each & every activity in the program
* Preparation of Extension of Time, Delay Analysis & Claims - using Time Impact Analysis, Window Analysis, collapsed - As
built, as planned Method and various analysis which are using the industry
* Liaising with clients & developing various reports & monthly presentation for work progress and planning
* Preparing clause 14/8.3, manpower requirement graph (Histogram) and cost loaded program for billing
* Working with all the sites across UAE for various reports to CEO
* Coordinating with clients, engineering & other cross functional teams for various projects as well as other techno-commercial
matters scheduling and forecasting in assigned area
* Implementing relevant measures to ensure smooth functioning of all departments of project team as well as monitoring
project activities
* Reviewing progress on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis with top management
* Leading a team for ensuring timely completion of projects; preparing periodical review of the progress
* Creating awareness among team members on various on-going projects and providing support to them
* Formulating master schedules for all projects including resource schedules, execution methodologies, milestones, cash flow
projections and budgets
* Generating and monitoring resource requirements based on budgetary parameters, making changes in the same as per
revised schedules and budgets, tracking and controlling cost accruals with respect to budgets.
* Interacting with vendors for achieving cost effective purchase of equipment, accessories, material with timely delivery so as
to minimize project cost
* Managing a team and guiding site staff members to address and resolve performance bottlenecks
* Effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various kind of equipment to increase the equipment uptime, reliability &
accomplishing project targets
* Planning & effectuating preventive, condition-based maintenance schedules of various machineries to increase machine up
time and equipment reliability
