Essence of Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the complete production operations with complete stuff of 125 Persons in production and maintenance and QC Department.
- Planning production schedule and SKU's to run, manpower requirements, machine assignment to achieve targets.
- Working exposure on BAAN in Production and Planning Module.
- Monitoring and controlling timely production and dispatch as per the targeted plan (both domestic and export) by planning changeovers among the different variants.
- Planning the Operation and maintenance of the processing equipments and packing machines (Heat exchangers, fryers, depositors, mixers, extruders, coating pans, horizontal pillow packing machines, automatic weighers, counting machines, coding machine, induction sealing machine etc..).
- Ensure compliance to all systems (SOPs) related to processing, production and packaging. Internal auditor for ISO team and a lead member of a team working on Critical Control Points (CCPs) for HACCP.
- Ensuring optimum utilization of assigned production lines, packing machines, raw and packing materials, manpower.
- Minimizing the down time of all the machines by proper preventive maintenance activities & spare parts management, synchronizing with Maintenance & Engineering stores department.
- Handling the Commissioning of new machines/equipment-packing machines (Euro sigma, Schib m/c's and ISHIDA m/c's); Mixers, Extruders.
- Handling in house projects for systematic flow of products / processes resulting in improving productivity and also reduction in market complaints.

Works as a Production Manager Which have the ability to make studies benefit for any food project and main supervision on production lines (Fryer, Seasoning Tumblers, Slicers and Extruder).
Leading team work "Production Engineer and Supervisors" and dividing them with duty and following up execution. Vast rounded with technical items and administration design and development of new products.
Preparing training for the new production engineer and supervisors both theoretically and practically.
Have many several of working knowledge of production formula which joined with cost and quality with shelf life under different conditions of storage.
Handling the Commissioning of new machines/equipment-packing machines (American Extrusion, Maddox Packaging m/cs, Mixers and Adams Extruder.
