• 30 Year’s experience in Construction of residential, commercial, institutional and infrastructure developments projects, within the time frame and budget, without comprising on QHSE standards.
• Project management in various developments from Design development, through permitting, construction, testing commissioning and hand over till project close out.
• Review & Approvals on the submittals from Contractor, suppliers, sub-contractors, in liaison with specialists, Owners & authority representatives.
• Manage the Site inspections & audit walk through, identification and closure of Non-Conformities.
• Lead progress review meetings; Preparation, review and approvals on periodic reports & dashboards.
• Processing of payment requests & Review, analyze and recommendation on change orders.
Overall management of construction projects; streamlining the Technical& Commercial aspects along with project Management team, consultants, EPC Contractors and local authorities. Attended progress review meetings with suppliers, sub- contractors to resolve problems, submitted proposals and follow- up to meet the End- user requirements within budget and time frame. Evaluate the performance standards, undertake audits, identify gaps, implementation of remedial & adding value to the services.
