• Plan, direct and coordinate the work activities and resources for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, quantity and specifications.
• Ensure that production meets output as scheduled; and quality goals while remaining within budget.
• Develop, coordinate, budget and approve expenditure for supplies, materials and human resources ensuring that materials, labour and equipment are used efficiently to meet the production target.
• Devise methods to use the plant’s personnel and capital resources to best meet production goals. .
• Determine which machines will be used, whether new machines need to be purchased, whether overtime or extra shifts are necessary, and what the sequence of production will be.
• Monitor the production run to make sure that it stays on schedule and correct any problems that may arise.
• Review and update production schedule, order and make necessary decisions associated to inventory while eyeing on budget limitations and time constraints.
• Prepare, review and maintain production reports.
• Attend trade shows or industry conferences where new equipment is displayed and new production methods and technologies discussed.
• Coordinate with all departments for the smooth completion of projects.
• Developing and implementing the strategic plans in the most cost effective and time efficient manner.
• Recruitment and selection of the work force.

Responsibilities:-

•Play a vital role in the production areas of ‘drawing to reality’ - by discussing & studying the projects, handling the modules independently, making the list of required materials, and placing the orders, Distributing & managing the jobs in the various departments like joinery, metal / stainless steel, glass, marble, corian, painting, lamination, electrification etc. moreover, checking the quality & finish of the products & sending these to the packing section for stuffing & delivery. Supervision on the work site of the interior decoration mainly for the joinery as and if required by the management.

•Developing drawings & BOQ of different materials for Routing - (AXYZ, COSMEC conquest - 510) outputs, CNC lathe machine- Siemens - CJK6140D. Distributing & managing the schedule of jobs among the operators, and verify outputs. Supervising the duties on Edge banding, dowelling system, & UV finishing.

•Managing the production in all aspects by counseling with the client, Sign Designing, Photographical representation, editing of logos, site check up & factory supervision.
