• Establish best practice to ensure the flights are maximized to their capacity
• Provide on the job training coaching and advice the staff to upgrade their skill, knowledge and confidence levels for further prospects.
• Maintain discipline and work ethics to ensure team members follow set rules and regulations whilst at work
• Full adherence and compliance in regards to safety and security
• Coordinate with officials and government bodies to ensure smooth processing of MIDEX cargo in line with all current legislation and regulations

Job Profile:
• Tracing department-Tracking of shipment with irregularities such as Found Cargo, Missing Cargo, MSAW, FDAW, and Unable to locate shipment. Investigate the root cause of discrepancies and prepare correspondence to coordinate with outstations regarding to the actual status of the shipment.
• Export Build up - planning and building of ULDs as per airline Load plan, (both passenger and freighter aircraft) including Special Handling cargo.
• Break down - Tally the shipment as per the manifest and store in an appropriate storage unit, report irregularities such as damage, MSCA, FDCA etc and update the cargo spot.
• Cargo acceptance - accept the shipment from shipper as per the regulation; monitor the mandatory things such as number of pieces, type of cargo, destination, Airway bill number etc.
• Import Delivery - issuing of delivery order, file the proof of delivery.
• Manifesting - manifest the shipment as per loading tag for assigned flight.
• Export counter: acceptance of shipment and other documentation as per the procedure
• RFS: Handle in and out RFS movement and documentation
