oMaintaining the health of all Equipment’s like-Transit mixer, JCB-3DX, Excavator, Boom Placer.

oInstallation of Bar Bending Machine & Bar Cutting Machine.
oComplete the external Safety audit compliance & close all observation NCRs on time & report.

RESPONSBILITY: -
Responsible for daily maintenance of equipment’s and inspection.
Costing and Breakdown analyzing of Own Equipment’s.
Monitoring of Hire equipment.
Responsible for attending breakdown of equipment’s on war basis.
Responsible for preventive maintenance as per manufacturer’s specifications and scheduled programmed.
Responsible for spare parts management and their inventory level minimum and maximum fixing.
Responsible for implementation and planning of PPM’S and development of qualified local vendor.
Responsible for submitting monthly reports, maintain logbooks, and minimize wastage of oil and lubricants.
Monitoring equipment health and cost analysis by implement ERP package called “System Management and reporting tool” software.
Responsible for co-ordination with execution team for smooth operation of project.
Electrical skill
Troubleshooting of panel boards and site Electrical installation.
Installation of submersible pump, Water pump and monoblack pump.
Planning for DEWATERING in Rainy season.
Installation & Commissioning of D.G 25KVA to 250 KVA.
Cabling Layout of site area.
Knowledge of MCCB, MCB, ELCB, FN SWITCH & Panel Board etc.
