Responsibilities and Achievements: ●Coordinating with internal team professionals across all production departments with effective communication to push and pull production.
●Handling buyers and vendors locally and internationally; following orders and procurement from sample to bulk
shipment and purchase at all stages.
●Organizing and maintaining the production plans across shipment plans; regularly making buys planning, shipment
schedules, process protocol and WIP reports. Analysing Forecasting and demand.
●Resolution of customer queries with regard to shipping information, shipments dispatched and containers received;
investigating answers to general queries with regard to the Logistics function.
●Analyzing diagrams from the Design Department and requesting the correction of any errors before forwarding the drawings to the Desired Part Production Departments and Assembly Departments.
●Arranging trial rooms for sample and rectifying any errors; discussing with heads of Quality, Design, Assembly and
Production departments.
●Arranging and participating in regular proactive meetings with the client to ensure all day-to-day activities are noted and met. Preparing Time & Action plans from all meetings and publishing them to the Logistics and Production
teams.
