• Managing IT projects and activities successfully by finishing the project or task that satisfy client deliverables within the schedule and cost baselines. • Prepare a well-documented IT security policy to comply with IT security work process to assure the security of MS Window systems, and to carry out periodic security vulnerabilities assessment for MS Exchange system to assure the security of Email service and full compliance with IT security work process.
• Establish operation standards and procedures to control adequately MS Exchange system in order to resolve incidents and problems related to Email access as soon as possible.
• Establish standards for MS Exchange system structures, physical design, Email routing and security, troubleshooting, Integration to Hybrid environment like Exchange 2013 & O365 Enterprises.
• Risk Analysis & Communication Management on Window IT operators by setting up the operations standard, procedures and responding to operator’s queries to resolve incidents and problems related to IT operation using the SCCM, SCOM & McAfee ePO 5.1 Orchestrator.
• Implementation, configuration and troubleshooting virtualization datacenter environment like P2V, V2V, etc. on cross over platforms in IT Infrastructure for various projects in Microsoft and VMware virtualization.
