Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON site.
Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
Coordinate with the client representative and Site En-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS. Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations.
Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Electrical & Instrumentation.

Technical review and proposal of electrical maintenance in Kuwait Institute of Scientific
Research (KISR).
Co-ordination between client and maintenance team.
Scheduling PPM Work & Annual maintenance schedule
Technical reviews of Vendor submittals

Commissioning of HT and LT switchgear, EDG up to 1550KVA, Transformer up to 4MVA, assisted commissioning of MOV, ROV, ESDV and air Compressor.
Design of cable trays, HV & LV switch boards, MCC and UPS.
Preparation of earthing layout, Normal and emergency lighting system for substation,
shelters.
Electrical equipment layout drawings, cable routing, control logic diagrams, cable schedules, data sheets development .
Installation of transformers, HV and LV panels, motors, LCS, cable trays and lighting systems inside substation and pipe racks.
Installation and commissioning of package units including UPS, DG sets, air compressor
units.
Coordinating with vendor for testing & commissioning activities

Design, Testing and Commissioning of LV Panels like Main panels, MCC, MDB, AMF, ATS, changeover panel, starter panels and control panels of form II and form IV
Relay configuration and programming using function block diagram and Ladder network.
Testing involves HV, Insulation validation, Milli Volt and function test.
Integral in the design, development, testing and commissioning of Form-IV and Form-II
LV panels.
Creating SLD, Schematic diagram, general arrangement and bill of materials.
As a service engineer done onsite testing, commissioning and maintenance of all LV
Panels including MCC, MDB, AMF, ATS Main LV panels, Drives (Schneider Altivar 21 and
61) and control panels (using numerical and PLC relays)
Played key role in ensuring team efforts met and often exceeded all financial,  performance,  quality and reliability goals.

Operation and Maintenance of 220KV substation, which involves the Scheduled and unscheduled work in power system, load forecasting and scheduling, overhauling of power transformers(up to 200 MVA), circuit breakers, protection devices etc.
