• Analyze the awarded project drawings & make
shop drawings as per need of project & assist the
team work.
• Manage the appropriate resource to execute the
project & make necessary Calculations using
Excel.
• Apply for Building Permission, Municipality &
required Government Authorities approvals to
start the Project.
• Arrange the meetings & process the permits with
client & consultants regarding project
documentation.
• Collaborate and maintain positive relationship
with the Project Participating Contractors.
• Liaising with quantity surveyors about the
ordering and negotiating the price of materials.
• Providing technical advice and solving problems
on site.
• Lead the onsite coordination with related staff to
maintain the quality & progress.
• Scheduling materials, equipments purchase &
deliveries.
• Incoming material Inspection, review of
certificate documents and prepare inspection
reports.
• Monitor, track and submit daily / weekly /
monthly engineering progress reports.
• Conduct daily construction walk-downs
throughout the day.
• Inspect and review project execution to monitor
compliance with building and safety codes and
other UAE regulations.
• Reporting & discuss the project related issues
with project manager & seniors, to get the MEP
clearance certificate from concerned department
to start finale finishes.
• Facilitate overall work planning process by
participating in the planning session of project.
• Monitoring progress, providing financial control
and ensuring project quality and compliance and
regularly meeting with clients, third parties and
project managers to report progress .
• Develop the project construction objectives &
target in line with project vision & report to
management
• Building strong working relationships with clients
, diligently pursue project aims, managing risks to
avoid delays, cost overruns and quality, safety
compliance issues.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including
permits, safety.

•Coordinate all QA /QC activities with Project
Manager.
•Implement, maintain & verify Quality Standard at
site as per company quality procedure & project
quantity Plan.
•Preparation of the company’s Estimation for
Proposed Project.
•Monitor all related activities on project site.
•Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of company’s Management.
•Review contractor requirements and specify to
vendors.
•Coordinate contractor documentation submittals.
•Incoming material Inspection, review of
certificate documents and prepare inspection
reports.
•Coordinate all project requirements with project
Manager.
•Prepare project documentation prior to project commencement.
•Review quality inspection before Municipality
authorized person checking for concrete pouring.
•Monitor the progress & effectiveness of the
project
management system recommend & implement
improvements when required.
•Review & compilation of inspection documents &
reports for final documentation.
•Control all documentation upon the completion
of the project.

• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
•Using a range of computer packages for developing detailed designs
