Jaidah Motors is the one of the largest automobile dealerships in Qatar for Chevrolet, Hyundai, Geely,
Isuzu, UD Truck, International Trucks vehicles and Komatsu, Sany, DY heavy equipments
Job Responsibilities: -
1. Providing guidance & support to the warranty staff in warranty related, technical & operational issues.
2. Monitor & strive to improve warranty rate & conditions.
3. Providing feedback / report on all field visits to the line manager.
4. Providing quality, quick & efficient support/solutions/guidance to warranty staff whenever requested.
5. Provide quality & efficient services to the internal & external customers in warranty related issues.
6. Playing key role by supporting warranty staff to achieve the targets of the department.
7. Monitor all claims submitted for timely payment of any pay problems out of standards.
8. Ensuring Technicians obtain authorization for decisions regarding warranty parts replacement.
9. Responsible to run the operation smoothly within policies & save time / money (where-ever possible in
warranty jobs) by adopting effective techniques & to maintain good credibility with customers & GM.
10. Responsible for daily, weekly & monthly performance reports of the section, analysis & effective
countermeasures to achieve the targets.
11. Ability to identify top areas of opportunity to improve the product & work with service teams on local &
national trends.
12. Responsible for Audit activities of the section.
13. Liaise with training dept. & conduct on job training & other necessary trainings for warranty and
Workshop staff.
14. Commitment to continuous product quality improvement, submitting Field Early Warning report to
Manufacture for the newly launched vehicles.
15. Coordinate with Workshop Supervisor and submitting Product Information report (PIR) to
manufacturers for the new failures.
16. Based on market surveys of the competitors, warranty staff inputs, current performance, Manufacturer
& management’s directives, make strategic plans to discuss with manager to achieve the targets, to
overcome the issues & maintain good reputation.
17. Responsible for Extended warranty claims submission and payment reconciliation (Advanced
American Auto & Gulf Warranties)
18. Responsible for Good will claims submission and payment reconciliation.
19. Responsible for reconciling account, credit note & remittance. Take necessary actions to meet the
financial requirements of OEM & Jaidah Motors in this regard.
20. Engage with Manufacturer delegates while visiting Qatar for warranty activites.
21. Engage with CPD delegates visiting Service department for recall campaign activity.
22. Liaise with other counterparts of the company from Sales, Finance, Parts, and PDI & Service to get
various information / help to resolve issues urgently & within policy limits.

Job Profile: -
Warranty Administrator: -
1. Processing all type of warranty and marine claims as per the manufacturer and insurer policy after
ensuring proper documentation in job card with warranty replaced parts inspection.
2. Re-submitting all claims if there is any rejection with proper explanation and ensuring minimum
amount due from manufacturer.
3. Requesting Prior-Approval for major components replacement & assembly overhauling repairs as
per manufacturer policy
4. Sending product technical feedback to the manufacturer, participating monthly scheduled meeting
with manufacturer technical and warranty mangers to settle the outstanding/technical issues.
5. Follow-up and coordinating with CRM manger and reception manager for the completion of open
recalls announced by General Motors, Fiat and Ssangyong.
6. Preparing and monitoring turn around days, claim top box reports monthly/weekly basis for
improving and achieving budget set by management and manufacturer.
7. Assisting and coordinating with senior service manger to develop new system for warranty and
marine claim procedure, submitting new plan for improvement.
8. Arranging surveyor inspection on damaged new vehicles receiving from port, getting all proper
documents, co-coordinating with Insurer Company for issuing credit note against invoices.
9. Coordinating with PDI and body shop managers for the completion for new vehicle damages with
any delay for the speedy delivery on new vehicles.
