Effectively handling daily quality checking and planning to adhere the production plan.
Carry out daily process audit check for smooth going of the plan production.
Lead and Control a team of QC Engineers and QC Inspectors to ensure the Quality Management system is maintained.
Implementation support & monitoring of Quality Management System procedures in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards and maintaining its record for audit.
Responsible for planning and execution of the internal audit in as per ISO standard.
Responsible for taking care of all audit preparation and its successful completion.
Preparation of reports and procedures for Top management review and subsequent implementation at site. Prepare and update the top management on performances based on quality objectives, KPIs.
Responsible for the new product development and its effective completion before the due date.
Developing and implementation (Participate and conduct trainings) of safe working practices and good quality practices in the depts.
Provide problem solving, engineering, training and technical support by various methods; (Statistical tools for quality management, 5s, industrial engineering, Total Quality management, Total productive Maintenance, production management, lean manufacturing, etc…)
Development of orientation/Training sessions for Top, middle management, front line engineers and line operators and set plans designed to reduce costs/waste, improve efficiency/productivity
Follow up for immediate closure of NCR, result of investigation & actions for the customer complain.
Responsible for the overall quality of the Project.
Coordinating with Client Representative for Concession Requests or Technical Queries with respect to Clients Specifications.
Coordinating with Projects, Expediting with factory and with client.
Coordinating with the Engineering Department on various engineering Issues to avoid any latter setbacks.
Understanding the Quality issues from various Suppliers and also setup path forward on various work related quality issues for the quality team to proceed.
Review of the Specifications and highlighting the important requirements to suppliers.
Preparing the quality procedures for execution of the project. Like- Preparation of Project Quality Plan.
Review of MR documents for mapping with Project Specifications. Project specifications review for freezing the quality requirements.
Participating in the Kick-off meetings and Pre-Inspection Meetings with Suppliers, where-in the project requirements are informed to supplier and the work philosophy is established for smooth execution of the Orders.
Review of the Vendor Data - Inspection and Test Plan, Various procedures.
Arranging Inspection visits of ITP’s.
Material Certificate Review and Releases
Coordination (single contact point) with Client & supplier regarding all related quality issues.
Control the Monthly Quality Meeting with client and company departments.
Review and prepare all quality documents including method statements, ITPs ...etc.
Developed Quality Management System and Quality Procedure Manual.
Implemented and Monitor ISO procedures across the organization to ensure that the QA
system is functionally well.
To conduct Audits to ensure procedures are implemented, ensuring use of latest revision of all
Contract Documents.
Creating ISO/Quality awareness for the employees & associates by internal trainings. Continues
Training of entire quality control personal on inbound and outbound checks. To ensure

procedures and management, communication and administration of the internal, second party
and third party audit.
Developing Standard Operating Procedures for Departments.
Reviewing monthly KPI’s of all Departments.
Contributing my knowledge in health and safety area through practical implementation of the
company’s health and safety policies.
Responsible for conducting regular internal audits, implementing corrective/preventive action and
timely reviewing them at the AL Laith Office located in Muscat, sultanate of Oman
1) Lean Six Sigma Project: To increase the ON-TIME DELIVERY of suppliers at TD Williamson India
Ltd. Completed following Quality Practices. Duration 4 months
Achievement:
Improve the percentage on time delivery of the Suppliers from 62% to 96% in one quarter.
Description:
In this project the percentage of ON-TIME DELIVERY of the last four quarters has been analyzed through various statistical techniques.
The Vendors with lowest ONTIME Delivery has been Identified.
Studied the Process of VENDOR; CVSM (Current Value stream Mapping) has been done to chase the flow and identify the NON VALUE ADDED Activities so that it can be reduced. Further FVSM (Future Value Stream Mapping) was developed.
A problem of ON-TIME DELIVERY of vendors has been solved by reducing NVA Activities at vendor and simultaneously at TDW India Ltd. Also there is a Problem identified with the Inventory of the vendor
2) Lean Six Sigma Project: To Reduce the No. of Non conformity reports and Improve the Quality of Supplier at TD Williamson India Ltd. Duration 4 months
Achievement:
To reduce the total number of NCR & improve the quality of suppliers from 50 % to 85% within a period of one financial year
Description:
I contributed my knowledge, skill and talent in a LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACKBELT Project as a TEAM MEMBER
Analyzed & identified the vendors of TDW India Ltd. with highest no. of NCR through Pareto Analysis & using other statistical tools.
Identified the area having highest defects in the material supplied by those vendors.
Identified the areas of improvement, Developed New Fixtures & Gauges for products in which defects was found. Developed Standard Operating Procedures for all Parts at Vendors Place
Developed a checklist at vendors place so that the defective materials cannot enter TDW India Ltd. Developed the sampling Plan for the Process which was not critical.
This project was the study about the different parameters which were affecting the temperature of reactor at different time period. The tools to define, identify and solve this problem were basic 7 Q.C Tools. Identified different aspects of material which remained un-reacted during the process.
Identified the reasons of Low Productivity. Management was made aware about the Unskilled and untrained operators working during the shifts.
Manage plans and coordinates quality management program to ensure continual compliance with
quality program.
Documents improvement projects with focus on process improvement implementation.
Draft the organization's quality standardization levels and determine the inspection methods, in
accordance with the ISO principles and protocols.
Conduct quality inspection review meetings and present the details of the quality analysis along
with inferences and suggestions.
Update the quality standards and upgrade the manufacturing system installed at the organization
as per the ISO specification.
Perform quality inspection to determine the strength, agility, dimensions, color, durability and
other factors, important to evaluate the quality of the product.
Inform the suppliers of inferior quality goods supplied to the organization. Seek compensation or
replacement for goods as required.
