 Monitoring all daily purchase requirements and handle all related documents. Call quotations from suppliers and arrange samples.
 Handles the overall ordering, receiving, issuing and maintenance of stocks required by hotel departments
 Processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
 Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned Department Heads (HOD’s) and approved by GM depending upon the hotel's operations procedure and issuing the material to the user department of hotel after making proper record.
 Posting all invoices using the MMS - Material Management System and transferring to the accounts department for further procedure.
 Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
 Ensures that the suppliers follow the rules relating to the Hygiene, Temperature and Expiry of goods delivered \[As per Dubai Municipality\]
 Review purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of communications with those vendors
