Monitoring all daily purchase requirements and handle all related documents. Call quotations from suppliers and arrange samples.
Handles the overall ordering, receiving, issuing and maintenance of stocks required by hotel departments
Processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned Department Heads (HOD’s) and approved by GM depending upon the hotel's operations procedure and issuing the material to the user department of hotel after making proper record.
Posting all invoices using the MMS - Material Management System and transferring to the accounts department for further procedure.
Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
Ensures that the suppliers follow the rules relating to the Hygiene, Temperature and Expiry of goods delivered \[As per Dubai Municipality\]
Review purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of communications with those vendors
Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees following up on work results
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Conducting regular site visit and security audits on all GRM offices.
Liaising with security agencies and appropriate government authorities and keep abreast with security regulations in India.
Performing analysis and investigations on all security related incidents and write follow up reports.
Ensuring that the necessary Occupational Health and Safety requirements are in place at all program locations.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, representing the organization at hearings.
Abroad Recruitment Coordination
* Handling end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, identifying candidates,
managing the interviews, offer negotiations and post offer follow ups to ensure smooth
on boarding adhering to recruitment process compliance.
* Screen candidates based on job description, candidate’s depth of knowledge of
relevant technology, functional skills, job history etc.
* Conducting walk in events/Recruitment drives
* Regular follow ups with the respective managers and candidates to ensure timeliness
of requirement process.
* Determine responsibilities of each team member, monitor their progress and
productivity on a weekly review
* Coordinating all our branch offices to update day to day recruitment status and
reporting to the MD directly with a detailed excel format.
Production supervision, quality control, facility management, general administration,
inventory management and document control.
Import & export documentations, billing of LCL & FCL Cargo,
Verifying and updating export declaration documents from customs.
Summarizing cash, cheque, receipts &payments on day to day basis
Preparation of clearing and forwarding documents.
Independent handling of various shipping lines and agencies.
Updating Online LCL, manifest, goods details, job card creation, stripping/stuffing etc.
Customer service including clearing Bill of Entries & Delivery Orders, attending queries pertaining to container movements & stuffing of containers in CFS shed.
Sharing daily movement details to various shipping lines.
Preparation of monthly & yearly reports.
Preparation of MIS and various reports and sending it to head office.
Verification of movement sheet
Invoicing, wages and salary preparation, maintaining day book sales, Purchase &
Stock registers, posted ledgers, reconciliation of bank statement etc.
