 Worked as a Construction Manager at 4000 acres (16187424 sq.meter) area with expertise in Planning, Executing and managing Civil construction of high value project involving Resource Administration.
 Managed and involved in the structural and finishing execution of One-unit Bungalows, Infrastructure of Bahria Dancing Fountain, Development of road networks i.e. Main Avenues, Roads, Streets which includes all the utilities i.e Sewerage, Manhole Trunks, Water supply, Water Transmission Lines, Underground Water Tanks, Sewerage Treatment Plants, RCC Retaining Walls, RCC Drains, Pipe Drains Culverts, Cross Pipes, Gully Traps, Check Dams, Footpaths, Handhole Chambers and Sleeves.
 Involved in the execution of Roadsworks. Assist in the designing of Road Profiles, Annotation Plans and all other networks associated with roads.
 As a client involves in the verification of BOQ’S, Checking request for inspections and checking of final bills.
 Checked the material submittals and complete coordination with Procurement department. Track weekly material submissions and daily in case of any delays.
 Assist designers in Urban development issues and change in the design as per Site requirements.
 Strong relationship management, communication skills with the ability to network with Project Members, Consultants and Main Contractors.

 Worked on shop drawings of Site plan and Site Grading plan.
 Involved in planning and coordination with plan scheduler using Primavera (p6).
 Involved in the construction of Security Building (One unit) up to the final Finishes in coordination with all concerned departments.
 Execution of external works which includes the Ramps, Stairs, Installation of Curb Stones, Interlock pavers, Electrical and Mechanical Trenches, Execution of Drainage and Sewerage Manholes and Lines i.e.Sewerage and Drainage, Construction of Power houses including the trenches and installation of Manholes for the Data and Power Cables.
 Carry out regular site inspections to determine that all Civil works complies with approved drawings and submit the progress in the form of Daily Reports.
 Assuring all the activities are performed with PPE’S.

 Preparation of shop drawings i.e. Site Plan and Site Grading Plan of Roads and other utilities i.e. Sewerage, Water Supply, Drains, Trenches, Curbstones and Interlock Pavers.
 Assist in technical problems of Road Profile, existing topography and other utility networks.
 Involved in the execution of Roads, Sewerage Network, Trenches, Drains, Walkways.
 Preparation of bar bending schedules and inspection of structural works at site of g+4 hospital building.
 Daily site inspection and supervision of the on-going project.
 Coordination with the supervisors &foreman’s to carry out the work according to the specifications and drawings.

 Prepare request for Inspections, Concrete Pouring request and responsible for the approval of materials.
