Estimation, Quotation and Contracts. Preparation of BOQ by calculating quantities from drawings and extracting updated material prices from suppliers to provide best and competitive prices to the client.

Road Construction Project. Supervision and project coordination with the various client engineers.

Worked on two projects i.e. Kalpataru Radiance located at Goregaon
West Mumbai, consisting of 4 Towers of two basement+ two podium
levels, one club level and 32 above levels along with Podium Parking
area as a separate entity and Kalpataru Immensa located a Thane
West Mumbai, consisting of 4 Towers of two podium levels, one club
level and 26 above levels along with Podium Parking area as a
separate entity. The Work responsibilities were Preparation of BBS for the
whole Project, Co-ordination with the various sub-contractors at site,
guiding and checking their works, Coordination between various
departments of the firm for uninterrupted work, Implementation of
technical specifications for various activities, Monitoring of daily steel
reports and labor reports and submission of same to client, Preparing
and entry of sub-contractor bills into SAP module, Checking the Steel
Yard on regular basis and Instructing the concerned Tower in charges
to minimize the scrap of steels.

Worked on Construction of Adhiraj Residential Township Located at
Kharghar, New Mumbai, the contract to the firm of which was for 3
Towers of 50+ storey. The responsibilities included Preparation of BBS for
the whole Project, Co-ordination with the various sub-contractors at
site, guiding and checking their works, Preparing Client Bills for the
Organization, Coordination between various departments of the firm
for uninterrupted work, Monitoring of daily steel reports and labor
reports and submission of same to client, Checking the Steel Yard on
regular basis and Instructing the concerned Tower in-charges to
minimize the scrap of steels.

Project: Simplicity Complex spread over 14 Acres with 25 Residential
buildings + School + Clubhouse + Malls etc. Located at Kasara with
responsibilities like Execution of Site Works which Include R.C.C, Brick
Works, Plaster, etc. as per the drawings and specifications provided,
Make Sure of the quality of Site activities, Co-ordination with the
Architect and R.C.C. Consultant in regards to the execution, drawings
and their discrepancies, Co-ordination with the various sub-contractors
at site, guiding and checking their works, Getting the R.C.C works
approved from the structural consultant before the pour of concrete,
Coordination between various departments of the firm for
uninterrupted work, Coordination with the municipality engineers for
discrepancies and solution to problems.

Africa Project for Factory Foundation works at N’Djamena, Chad.
Activities to be completed were Execution of Civil Site Works as the
Project Chief in Africa which Included Layout, Excavation, P.C.C,
R.C.C, Bitumen Water Proofing, Backfilling of Foundations, Roller
Compaction, laying of grade Slab, etc. as per the drawings and
specifications provided.

Worked on two projects i.e. Seven Rehabilitation Towers of G+30 Floors
at Samata Nagar Kandivali (East), Mumbai and Tata Consultancy
Services-IT Park at Andheri (East), Mumbai with focus on Execution of
Site Works which Include R.C.C, Brick Works, Plaster, etc. as per the
drawings and specifications provided, Calculation of Steel, Concrete,
Bricks, and other construction materials for Indent, Make Sure of the
quality of Site activities, Co-ordination with the various sub-contractors
at site, guiding and checking their works, Getting the works approved
by the

after graduation named Royal Garden, Tower of G+24
Floors at Byculla (West), Mumbai. Being the sole Engineer of the project,
the activities to be monitored were Execution of Site Works which
Include R.C.C, Brick Works, Plaster, etc. as per the drawings and
specifications provided, Calculation of Steel, Concrete, Bricks, and
other construction materials for Indent, Preparation of BBS for the whole
Project, Make Sure of the quality of Site activities, Co-ordination with
