State qualifying exam passed in Federal ministry of Physical Planning (Responsible for following periodical examination procedure complying the requirements and recommendations);
Expirience with: Checking the Static electricity; Expirience with examination of Protection against indirect contact and earth fault;Expirience with examination of the protective devices ( relays) for distribustion systems;Expirience with examination and follow the final test on rewined motors, coils, transformers, ...

Measurement and Control of process variables within a production area good undestand how the sensors work;
Expirience with: pressure transmiter ( endress and hauser, JUMO, Honeywell, Krohne, ...); with all kinds of flow transmitters ( vortex, orifice, ventury type, ...); with Level transmitters ( Micropilot, Pulsar, ...);with speed sensors;weighing systems with the load cells ( belt scales and fixed weighing systems);temperature transmitters ( thermocouples and thermometters); gas anylizer system ( expirience with anylizer for CO and CO2 gas and H2);

Signal processing ( analog and digital signal processing) - good understand fluid mechanics theory in order to complete correct signal processing in DCS systems like pressure and temperature correction, mass flow calculation and so on...;

SCADA systems and its DCS systems
good understand and expirience with ABB 800xA system and its development tools for SCADA ( Plant Engineeering and Workplace); with different kind of PLC ( ABB AC 800M hardware and software with Control Builder tool; SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-300 and S7- 400 hardware and software with Simatic Manager tool; Moeller PLC with hardware and software with Easy soft tool; Schneider PLC with Zelio2 tool; LOGGO; Hoerner OCS PLC with Cscape tool ); Enginering area and Commissioning area for industrial applications ( participated in many realized project in the steel industry);
DRIVE systems
• good understand and good expirience with electric drive AC and DC ( hoists, fans, valves, conveyors, ...)- variable speed drives, constant speed drives, torque control; (participated in realization the project for skip hoist control, bell hoist control, differrent kind of hoists in steel industry, mixer application, ...);differnet kind of drives (ABB drives hardware and software with drive window and drive window light; SIEMENS drives hardware and software with drive monitor and starter; Emersson drives with UnidriveSp; TMEIC drives ( TOSHIBA) with toolbox)
Networks, network devices and communication protocols
• based knowledge with routers, hubs and switches;RS232 serial protocol; RS 485 protocols;profibus and CAN bus protocols for industrial applications;ethernet protocols;industrial networks ( configuration with servers, clients and field devices )
Good understand the regulation loop ( PID conrollers);expirience with moisture control, temperature control, speed control ( drives and DC and AC motors), flow control ( mass flow and volumetric flow), electrode regulation in the EAF;Expirience with control the hydraulic systems based on hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic servo valves (Blast furnace hydraulic system for clay gun and drill machines, Electrical arc furnace hydraulic system for electrode movement, Continuous Casting Machine hydraulic system for cooling bed area, ...)
Good understand:conveyor systems with whole protection ( zero speed detection; rope protection; alignment protection; over current protection, ...); understand low voltage motor centers with motor circuit protection, cable protection
Good understand health and safety procedure, ISO 9001-Quality management systems; ISO 14001- Enviromental management standard; OHSAS 18001 - occupational health and safety
Participated in developing the Fatal preventive standards in Arcelor Mittal Zenica ( Isolation and Lock Out; Working at Height; Emergany situations; Confined spaces; 5S methodology; HIRA)
