• Delivery Lead for 3-year of a successful program of eliminating ERP legacy (3.1I) SAP legacy systems and 4 QAD environment representing 37 Sites (manufacturing and sales entities) with ~2B USD in revenue (project budget 12 mil USD). Cost reduction in maintenance of ERP systems resulting into saving of 8 mil USD per year
• Lead the Order to Cash design object which included Business partner setup, Order management, Pricing and Taxation, Shipping, Transportation including shipment costing, Internal and external Billing, intercompany transaction with automatic settlement process designs, Credit and Metal Management, Financial integration etc.
• Designed the new features of S/4 HANA that includes live MRP, Sales Contract & Agreement management, Pricing on HANA, BRF+, QM and complain processing, Advance Return management, Transportation cockpit and warehouse function in eWM etc.
• Lead the integration of SD/MM processes with FI module for financial accounting and COPA analysis. Also did the development of customize process for Metal accounting where no IS solution is available in SAP
• Reviewed process flows and developed requirements for functional improvements and enhancements for Production Planning, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Logistic processes
• Oversaw the scope of work which included the project planning, business process mapping, blueprinting, design, configuration, and assisted in setup of technical environment

My role was to handle Sales & Marketing department of MSP and their clients. Precisely my responsibility was to organize conferences, Seminar, Exhibitions, Mail promotions, BTL activities, Outdoor advertising, Advertising vans promotions etc.
