•Reconciliations:
•Performing and approving reconciliation for Receivable, Payable, Asset, Depreciation, Tax, Bank accounts, Over draft, Pre Paid, Accruals, Provision, Credit Loss, Deferred Tax, Intercompany accounts etc. in accordance with the Finance Manual (FM).
•Handled both Retail and wholesale accounts (individual customer and dealer accounts)
•Reconciliation of the GL account and positing the entries in the PeopleSoft to ensure correct financials are represented.
•Conducting CCAR(Corrective and concerns action report) monthly meeting with the customers to clear the reconciling items
•Conducting HRR review annually with the customers
•Conducting more than 365 days item review with the reconciliation director on monthly basis

•Preparing, consolidating & reporting monthly metrics to the customers.
•Handling the GAO, PWC, & MCRP audits and ensure smooth audit closure
•Currently handling a 5 Member team on Reconciliation process.
•Training the new team members with all the activities.
•Had been in 4 different teams and handled 5 processes for North American market and 10 processes for European market.
•Prevailed as a SME (subject matter expert) in all the processes that I have handled
•Processed intercompany journals and has some exposure to Netting process.
•Handling the customer and dealer receivables
•Handling query mails from various markets.
•Processing the payments received from the dealer and individual customers
Making corrections to the customer accounts on request.
•DO research on customers unapplied and misapplied payments.

•Completed two Yellow Belt HIP (High Impact Project)
This project is of finding the standard time for the each activity performed and this was helpful to find the human resource required for the process. This project was helpful to
get more projects and 5 FTEs handling all 9 locations.
2) This project is to bring down the average time taken on retrieving of L50 check copy
From 6 mins to 2 mins per check copy. This project was helpful to Reduction in TAT,
Reduction in Cost, Improving Customer Satisfaction Index.
