 Planning preventive maintenance activities & Schedules
 Troubleshooting, handling and monitoring the machinery breakdowns activities
 Prepare monthly breakdowns score card for review & analysis purpose
 Making action plans for minimizing breakdown time of machinery
 Working knowledge in field instruments like proxy sensor, pressure switch and TC
 Troubleshooting and maintenance of machineries like RBD, Multiwire drawing, Fine wire drawing, Bunchers, PVC Extruders, Coilers, Injection moldings, Palletizers, Mixers, Braiding, Stranding and lab instruments
 Good experience in utilities like Transformers, DG sets, EOT cranes, Air Compressors, Remote Chain Hosts, Cooling towers, Chillers, Water plant, Exhaust systems and lifts
 Overhauling of motors/pumps, switches and electrical contractors/solenoids
 Making innovation and continuous improvement programs( KAIZEN) in industry
 Handling & modify the VFDs & PLCs programs like Siemens, Delta as per requirement
 Assigning and follows the repaired materials from service persons
 Knowledge on cable laying for power distribution to the plant new machinery
 Conducting regular Safety tests & inspections to ensure protective environment
 Leader of training need analysis (TNA) for maintenance and operation
 Follow and maintain the 5S system in plant
