Managing more than 3500 assets with fully centralized telematic system (Tracking, administration and management)
As an Equipment maintenance and tool room night superintendent
• Equipment team (Project owned and Sub contractor and rental) repairs and maintenance supervision, monitoring daily equipment’s down, parts Request approvals and inventory management etc.
• Monitoring all equipment utilizations by daily, weekly, monthly basis to increase the utilization and decrease the equipment down time
• Monitoring Rental repairs and maintenance weekly basis, monthly inspections of cranes and equipment’s
• Supporting construction through front line supervision like routine Walkdowns, safety and quality inspections and reports etc.
• Providing timely reports to Equipment Manager about Repair and Maintenance Procedures, Spares and Consumables requirements, PEMS reports etc.
• Trouble shooting guideline to team, if needed and involved in problem solve situations like material quality, material stock, equipment operations/ repairs, equipment downtime, availability etc.
• Application of all preventive maintenance program for each equipment's as per the OEM recommendation & Bechtel standard and Periodically evaluating the workforce requirements as per the work plan.
• Established a working relationship with OEM regional representatives & their franchise dealers & initiate technician training programs sponsored by the same.
• Maintaining Parts minimum and maximum inventory, Initiating, tracking parts orders (FMR) through BPS
• Subject Matter Expert on Equipment related incidents accidents
• Arranging periodical and project related trainings to the craft as per the requirement
• Provide timesheet maintenance and monitor charge code usage. Review and approve timesheets. Provide staff with proper charge codes for various jobsite projects. Maintain project code budgets, ensuring that each project code is charged within budget allowance
• Periodical evaluation of crafts, equipment’s, trainings, PMS, JHA, F4S, Permits, documents & budgets
• Monitoring tool room operations, management, and inventories etc.
As an Indirect night shift superintendent
• Leads and manages over 60 craft professionals (Labors, Operators, Carpenters) in their daily tasks including but not limited to janitorial services, and general site support.
• Manages the indirect department budget and completes estimates of work.
• Provides oversight and review of the budget. Controls costs Created and delivered a water distribution plan for over 1200-night shift craft personnel.
• Leads and executes the water distribution project while adhering to plan guidelines. •
• Provides and maintains walkways around the perimeter of the job site. Oversees MEPI program with 2X4, signs, chain, and jersey barriers.
Managed more than 2000 equipment’s Project owned, rented and third parties
• Field supervision of construction crafts & construction equipment's, Administrated & implemented fleet management plans, policies, site safety and quality standards on equipment operation & maintenance as per Bechtel, OEM & Local government standards.
• Managed CES/PFA and collaborate with all area managers, eq department and project controls. Developed and implemented complete systems to minimize equipment downtimes and reduce costs to the project.
• Monitored all equipment utilization's by daily, weekly, monthly basis to increase the utilization to support the construction productivity.
• Trouble shooting guideline to team, if needed and involve in problem solve situations like material quality, material stock, equipment operations/ repairs, equipment downtime, availability etc.

• Managed parts and lube ordering as per the stock level, monitored fuel and lube usage and quality by timely manner.
• Monitored the equipment team activities and discipline and work productivity like man-hours and machine hours, parts utilization etc. through CMMS System (Computerized Maintenance Monitoring System). Managing all equipment files and documents

• Managed the site VOC programs of Crane operation, forklift operation and AWP Operation.
Lead the equipment and crane inspection team and conduct inspections routine basis, as per the Bechtel Standard work process. Trainer for site driving license and AWP operations training programs and conduct theoretical and practical classes& Tests for site VOC Ensure maintenance shop and work area compliance with Bechtel international level safety and quality standard. Follow up with ESH about site accident s and incidents investigating the root cause of failure, analyses and make final report to stop the repeat cases. Environment hazard materials handling and disposition on proper way recommend on MSDS. Responsible for all Preventive and productive and repair activities and schedule the job with supervisor and close the work orders and repair reports on documents. Assist procurement division import and export of machines and parts and prepare the necessary documents and CI & PL for the process. Responsible for effective and efficient management of all maintenance programs and activities to ensure the proper and safe operating condition of assets and equipment, immediate application of OEM safety recalls specially on lifting units. Provide technical training to the crews, new hire employee shop orientation, implement site rules and regulations and periodical changes on shop environment etc. Monitor the parts, order as per store reports, and kept minimum recommended parts to avoid break downs, monitor the parts cost for each unit, Check all daily check lists of site assets, daily fuel and parts issue reports, maintenance work orders and inspection certificates for lifting and pneumatic equipment’s and arrange periodical inspections and test, for recertification. Strictly monitor the condition of equipment’s comes to site territory also monitor the third parties who’s working with their assets inside the site, and adhere the same rules and regulations and service and maintenance policy to all rental units. Conducting daily tool box meetings, Check STARRT card JHA and work permits for the jobs, check periodically the rigging and electrical and pneumatic tools, check the critical jobs and implement most safe way, Provide deliverables (cost estimates, project scopes, project schedules, designs, budgets, forecasts, etc.) to internal customers on a timely basis
• Effective supervision, development, motivation, and appraisal of subordinates. Maintain appropriate staffing levels
• Efficiently and in a cost-effective manner develop, manage, and maintain the maintenance budget.

• Lead mechanical and electrical and operational team, daily organization and scheduling of repair and maintenance jobs, issue cranes, lifts and other assets as per the requirement from different groups. Monitor the site construction materials transportation and site fuel delivery etc.
• Check all daily, weekly and monthly reports, as per the daily report take action for the deficiencies, or order the parts to prevent maintenance. Monitor all spares and lubricants and maintain minimum stocks. Manage warranty administration and make reports and follow up with OEM.
• Assist the PEMS admin team on the job, monitor all work order, parts order, parts inventory, asset reports etc. check all third party and rental units and provide the report to equipment superintendent about its maintenance, condition and utilization etc.
• Provide technical advice, technical documents, technical training to the maintenance group, and involve in trouble shooting activity, if it’s required. Also take immediate action on safety recall maintenance as per OEM, and make necessary documents about the repairs.
• Weekly safety walk down with the team, daily monitoring of hazard wastes, housekeeping and crew working hours etc.
• Arrange necessary permits for live gas plant work, hot work, hazardous work permits, and make JHA for critical jobs; supervise the critical jobs and critical lifts etc.
• Quarter inspection conducting for all rigging equipment’s, pneumatic and electrical and common tools and dispose depends upon condition, age. Monthly check up of all cranes and lifting equipment’s and make necessary documents after the job.
• Assist for equipment inbound/outbound process, shipping process, and preparation units before shipments, prepare final report about the unit and submit to equipment superintendent
• Managed product engineering, quality assurance, warranty administration, and technical
Guidelines.
• Provide the technical feed back to the maintenance team and give awareness about the product, check and evaluate after sales service and repair activities etc.
• Regular visit to customers (AMC and Warranty Visits) product improvement program participation, commissioning and warranty administration of new machine, operation and maintenance training etc.
• Trouble shoots the major troubles and report to OEM frequent similar failures etc. monitor all recalls from OEM and make the reports and send to OEM after field modification.
• Manage the dealer technical drew and provide the guideline to all repair activities during warranty after warranty period,
• Provide technical advice to the customers, and conduct initial onsite training program to the customers (mechanics and operators
• Managed repair and maintenance of heavy haul trucks, earthmovers and mining equipment’s.
• Make work orders and reports after repairing, testing of units after repairing etc.
• Make job card after break down report and check with store about necessary parts for the job, or order the parts.
• Support the site management through quality and safety repair and provide machines best in condition.
