• Supervise and coordinate refurbishment of all new and existing branches
• Supervise & coordinate the setup & Fit out of all new ATM/CDM/FFM of the
bank including offsite & onsite locations
• Draft & design ATMs/CDMs layout and propose solutions to additional
ATMs/CDMs.
• Prepare and present to the management team reports to update the
progress of projects
• Conduct inspection site visits to ensure completion of projects
• Analyze tender documents and bidding offers and submit to management
for approval with recommendation
• Coordinate and guide the consultants through design and implementation
stages
• Inspect and review inspection reports submitted by consultants
• Liaise with different departments to present/ approve proposals
• Attend several department management meetings to present and get
feedback to submitted proposals
• Review and approve invoices and purchase orders
• Purchasing of furniture and fixture for the fit-out of the branches /
departments of the bank
• Provide cost control over the on-going projects wherever necessary
• lead a team of project managers in execution of bank infrastructure projects
including branch & ATM fit outs as well as special projects.
• Manage all aspects of the banks facilities and branches including CCTV,
security systems, UPS, cleaning, printers and other equipment
• Handle facility management of the bank branches and ATMs and their
maintenance
• Perform site scouting activity and identify suitable premises for bank
facilities and ATMs
• Prepare property owners lease agreements and contracts
• manage and maintain vendor contracts and AMCs for branches and ATMS
• Prepare RFPs, perform tender analysis and awarding of contracts for
infrastructure related services
• Achieve cost saving through vendor negotiations and BoQ efficiency
• Coordinate with a team of public relationship managers and coordinate
for obtaining municipality license, civil defense license, ROP license and SSS
Approvals.
• Report to senior management of the bank about the progress of projects
and address all concerns of management in terms of project management
and execution of the works
