Detailed analysis on exit interviews for all resigned cases of dissatisfaction & conflict with the reporting manager
Handling the entire FnF procedure for the employees.
Time Attendance & Payroll - Responsible for collating the Attendance.
Unauthorized Absenteeism Process & Follow Ups
Managing advance Salary, Ad Hoc Bonuses, incentives
Handling all the queries of the employees. related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance etc
Explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees
Stop all type of rumors and misleading communications
Understand the business culture and employee mindset
Making sure that exercise like periodic appraisal are handled with very due diligence by consulting with the concerned authorized person.
Handling entire life cycle of an employee from Selection till Exit.
Formulation & Implementation of Company policies.
Ensures adherence of statutory compliances of our Company.
Handling & Coordinating Recruitment through Manpower Outsourcing Agencies and Consulting companies for In-house and outsource vacancies.
Preparation and updating of reports related to budgeted allocated manpower, organogram etc.
Handling HR Helpdesk for resolving queries/grievances of employees
Empanelment, Negotiation, Agreement and execution of Outsource partners.
Accountable for increasing satisfaction among employees and keeping a check on attrition.
Taking new initiatives to help in increasing satisfaction and productivity among employees.
Handling and Supervising E-Attendance System and Access Cards distribution.
Supervising and ensures adherence of Payroll, Salary disbursement and Statutory compliances of manpower outsource agency
