Responsibilities
Reviewed shop drawings and Material submittals for Building, Interior, Fit out,
Lighting, signage & Landscape items.
Coordinated with Contractor and technical team of the Client.
Attended site mockups & recommended modifications for approvals.
Attended authority inspections during final completion, and provided compliance replies to the authority reports.
Reviewed handing over documents including maintenance manuals, asset register, and Final BIM Model with LOD 5.
Coordination with other Trades and Contract department.
Managed RFIs.
Reviewed Contractor's claim, Change Requests Project Schedule, Cost and Contract Variations to prepare technical replies.

Fifth Precinct, Al Thumama Football Stadium-FIFA World Cup-2020, Qatar. 40, 000 minimum net spectator seats.
