• Responsible for identifying & acquiring TASC relationships i.e. Trust, Association, Societies and Clubs. (Institutions/ Corporates)
• Scoping open market for sourcing new SA & CA accounts.
• Ensure that the list of all the institutions in the specified territory is available for generating and converting leads.
• Meet existing and new customers on regular basis for understanding their needs and offering the most viable solution for the same.
• Keep updated with all the documentation requirements for ISA & FCRA accounts.
• Ensure that the accounts build balances by cross-selling other products offering and other services like Fee Collection, Payment Gateway and Digital Campus etc.
• Assist branches in converting leads generated by them for TASC business.
• Arranging meetings with the corporate clients and informing them about the Employee Banking.
• Acquiring new corporate relationships for Employee Banking through company tie-ups.
• Ensuring all compliances are met when listing companies.
• Ensure timely processing & updating the employees on activation of accounts.
• Focusing on salaries of AED 15k & above.
• Providing Personal Loans to senior employees through buyout or fresh cases.
• Bundling loans or cards to new customers.
• Providing refferal leads to other departments through service desks at companies.
• Arranging meetings with the corporate clients and informing them about the TT and FC services.
• Discussing about the WPS service to the SME clients.
• Ensuring AML compliance is met when registering companies.
• Taking the daily market forex rates and sending to the corporates.
• Source business through various direct and indirect channels.
• Proposing to the companies about doing offshore payments and corporate transactions.
• Identifying new companies to start their corporate business with us.
• Updating the Sales Manager about the competitor’s services and pricing in the market.
• Entering of the companies data in the CRM module so as to do the complete follow up.
