Research, develop, and implement workflow efficiencies to include virtual reality, augmented reality and other types of interactive and engaging mediums to the AEC space. We build confidence in the approvals and engagement processed by enhancing the way we communicate with clients and stakeholders using platforms that are intuitive to use and presenting context relevant information in new and exciting ways.
Manage all business development and client interactions, mapping out user experience and end client profiles to communicate immersive developments to the production teams. I manage the development process ensuring deliverables are inline with client and development expectations.
Reporting to the Regional Director of Marketing and Business Development, am part of a team charged with developing and overseeing client facing and internal communications for the Middle East region. Job functions include:
- Enhancing workflow efficiencies by developing strategies to reduce times required for completing tasks - especially in document production
- Managing multiple projects - from business development to advertising - at any given time, and delivering them on time every time.
-Collaborating with print shops, technicians and suppliers to ensure all materials are delivered to meet strict deadlines while maintaining a high quality
- Creating, managing the communications pieces and collateral for events, exhibitions and conferences
Specialized in cross-media communications and campaigns for Kanousei Ltd - a marketing and advertising agency. Chief responsibilities involved meeting clients, developing strategies and leading the team on the execution of such. Other duties were:
- Managed cross-media workflows and multiple projects while ensuring each maintained brand consistency and was delivered on time
- Provided creative direction to the design team and offered training and coaching
- Ensured that delivered projects met quality guidelines and were within budget
- Provided clients and stakeholders feedback with updates and reports based on project status, delivery, variances, etc.
As a design and publishing firm, Sun Printing and Publishing Ltd offered a variety of print based challenges that required thought leadership from inception to delivery. As the art director, my duties involved:
- Collaborated with the sales manager, print plant manager and the editor-in-chief on various publications, communications, campaigns and events
- Managed the design department: directing staff on visual identity themes developed, and training in industry standard procedures and software
- Scheduled work in the department, coordinating revisions and delivery with the sales and editorial teams
- Collaborated with the print plant to ensure that product was delivered to specification and within time
- Oversaw the maintenance, upgrading and replacement of the equipment and software within the design department
Designed adverts, fliers, newsletter and any other print publication as needed. Oversaw the general production of the newspaper and its daily output while ensuring quality was maintained.
Completed university with receiving a distinction for my dissertation while maintaining a B+ average. Was also the Student Representative for my class. I was able to secure two scholarships to assist with my tuition in the final year of study due to participation in extra-curricular activities and maintaining good grades.
