Projects Undertaken:
• Construction of 8 nos. Emirati Private Villas (Shell & Core with ID Finishes)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Multi-tasking Engineer. Works as Site Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, Quantity Surveyor and Office Engineer.
• Read and analyze the drawing of all projects. Check the quality and quantity of materials and the finishes as per specification and owner’s requirement for the project.
• Estimates all materials and equipment needed in the project (from Structural to Finish).
• Coordinate with Abu Dhabi Municipality Engineers for all Project inspections and approvals
• Coordinate with Abu Dhabi Distribution Company, Etisalat, ADSSC and other government institution for the approval of permits and handing over of the project.
• Attends to changes required by Client and coordinate with Consultant and seek for approval.
• Monitors the progress on site for all the project
• Prepare, collect and select quotation that will suite the budget of the project
• Check the BOQ and tender Documents of the project
• Ensure that the works done on site based on the approved drawing of Municipality
• Checks the works done on site under subcontractors and direct labour prior to requesting inspection by the Consultant.

• Over pumping for Oil Rigs - ZADCO North & South Island, Abu Dhabi
• Bundle Puller and Cleaning of Oil Pipes - Sharjah, UAE
• Over pumping and Hydrotesting of Oil Tanks - Fujairah, UAE

Responsibilities:
• Approved Safety Engineer by Roads and transport Authority.
• Prepare Documents for safety of the Project
• Responsible for the estimates, planning and execution for the site projects
• Supervise and monitors the progress as per project requirements
• Communicate plans on site operations to management, colleagues and customers in a constructive manner
• Participate in project review meetings with Divisional Operations Manager and/or Assistant Divisional Operations Manager
• Continuously review project progress and advice on any necessary adjustments to the project plan
• Supervise the welding of HDPE pipes, Installation of Centrifugal Pumps, Hydro testing and operation of the project
• Work with High Pressure Department in Oil and Gas and Industrial Engineering

Projects Undertaken:
• Renovation of Shell/Caltex Oil Depot and Relocation of Pipelines

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software.
• Coordinate schedule and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
• Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all in puts (manpower, equipment’s and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.
• Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as MS excel, Access, MS Project, Primavera.
• Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly for the client.
• Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required project progress.
• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan.
• Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.
• Prepare and update three weeks look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority activities
• Participate all meeting ( i.e schedule review meeting, progress meeting).
• Preparing tender and contract documents including bill of materials with the client.
• Preparing and analyzing costing for tender
• Making valuation, arranging of payments for suppliers and project report of the project.

• Rosewood Enabling Works - Al Solah, Abu Dhabi

• The Pearl Enabling Works in Palm Jumeirah - Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:
• Prepare all documents prior to execute the balance work for the Villas and apartment to the QA/QC inspector
• Estimate the balance materials need for the finishing works
• Supervise the balance work for finishing of luxurious villas
• Supervised and prepared the area for snagging and de-snagging of the Villas
• Supervised the manpower for the enabling works including preparation of steel for the inspection of Pile from the bored hole to casting
• Prepared and supervised the Pile prior to test by third party (Sonic cross hole, Dynamic load test, Integrity pile test, caliper test)
• Supervise the executed anchoring and stress of shoring piles prior to inspection by the inspector
• Coordinate with the QA Department for the approval of the consultant

Projects Undertaken:
• Construction of I-Hub 1 Tower (6 + 1B)
• Construction of I-Hub 2 Tower (10 + 1B)
• Construction of I-Hub 3 Tower (15 Storey)
• Construction of I-Hub 4 Tower (15 Storey)

Responsibilities:
• Quantity take-off for selective architectural phases of the project.
• Monitors the progress on site for valuation and payment’s for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Preparing and submitting final account for the Sub-contractor and also for the client.
• Develop standard procedure for quality control and assurance
• Perform needed test on site or in laboratory to ensure the conformity of materials and works according to the specification of the project
• Perform and maintain the procedure to develop the correct standard of the project like making all the works to be done must have documents for future use.
• Check standard quality control procedure done by sub-contractor
• Communicate to the consultant the works to be done.
• Supervise the team so that the works will be on standard and follows the specification of the project.
