The commercial operation specialists’ primary role is to identify current difficulties with procedures and commercial quality, as well as optimizing leads pipeline
• Found various misplaced opportunities with the current SPEAK (Salesforce) after conducting an analysis for duplicates and misinterpreted data entries
• Joined SAB (Service Advisory Board) project improvement team to note down key differences between current and wanted values when creating new opportunities
