• Managed Telephone Expansion projects from infrastructure to line release for nation wide landline & GSM networks in Saudi Arabia to complete one year ahead of schedule. This 6b$ (approx) project had over 3000 exchange buildings & required over 10, 000km of fiber cable & about 10, 000 workers.
• Developed various levels of schedules for the main project, the sub-projects & the sub-contractors work in Primavera. Base-lined, tracked & reporting from the same.
• Planned projects for Y2K compliance & Internet to complete in time & well below budget.
• Supervised a team of professional Planning Engineers & Database developers, authored engineering design & equipment order documentation.
• Pro-actively tracked potential bottlenecks, monitored trends, ran weekly tracking meetings, and coordinated equipment ordering on critical path for on time delivery.
• Initiated delay notifications & change orders
• Oversaw progress and performance process, using PRIMAVERA & MS ACCESS.
