Key achievements/Projects
− Set up complex reporting tools, based on the requirement of the business, that’s easy to maintain and provides sufficient detail for the end user. These include models using spreadsheet, database and Power BI, where required.
− Overhaul the internal accounting processes for a number of projects to ensure efficiency and accuracy of reporting.
− Streamlined the application process for one of our bigger projects to ensure consistency, completion and efficiency in the process. This led to better controls and understanding of the project’s cost base and therefore savings in the long run.
− Ensuring maximum recovery on the services being provided to the JV by working closely with the commercial teams and gaining an in depth understanding of the contract.
