* I'm managing the development side of the of the software engineering here at Smart Pension using the latest stack technologies.

* Managing 3 Million pounds software development project.
* Setup Agile Kanban board within GitLab to manage the product.
*Although project began with kanban but we end up working in scrum with 2 weeks sprints due to complexity and short software delivery timeframe.
