Chief Tasks:
-Taking ownership of the end-to-end business requirements of the VMware education operations.
-Providing the best applicable solutions to the candidates worldwide about the courses and certifications offered by VMware.
-Maintaining the database of the candidates in my VMware MyLearn database portal.
-Dealing with the partners and distributors about the various certifications and courses.
-Dealing with the sales team for different business requirements for processing course certification deals.

-Handling weekly calls with the various stakeholders and providing them the information regarding various challenges faced during the course and certification process.
-Providing the various revenue reports to the management regarding the courses and certifications offered.
-Generating the payment reports and the reseller reports and sharing the same with the higher management team.
-Working internally with the booking team to have the orders booked on time to meet the deliverables of the customer.
-Providing the process documentation to the management team to set the repository.
-Acting as a sales consultant in guiding the customers to choose the various courses and certifications and providing them the right solution to

Chief Task:
• Always making sure that the client queries are solved within the timeframe.
• Allotting the business memory allocation using the SQL queries.
• Providing the business requirements to various stakeholders by forecasting the reports.
• Reducing the number of business issues by adjusting the customer’s queries at the backend.
• Taking care of the service requests raised by the collections and sales team and making sure that the requests will be solved within the TAT.
• Taking ownership of the escalated and priority disputes and closing the same within timeframe.
• Creating process documents and providing training to new hires for the team.
• Auditing the Cloud orders that are booked by the Global Order Management booking team and present the quality report to the higher authorities.
• Handling Weekly issue calls with the GPO HQ regarding the process improvement and the issues faced during the rebilling process.
• Responsible for verifying records, data entry, generation invoices and purchase orders, opening mail, simple data entry.
• Providing business solution for AR, Collection team on complex database issues.
• Maintaining client’s database on oracle R12 application (Oracle Service Contract).
• Experience on task prioritization, workload & escalation management.
• Writing content for the Oracle Website in the Oracle Content Management System.
Masters Degree in Information Technology with specialization in CRM and Business Operations.
Finished my bachelors degree at Kristu Jayanti College Bangalore Karnataka India in April 2014 with specialization in Computer Applications.
Passed my 12th class from St Joseph's Higher Secondary School Baramulla Jammu and Kashmir with General Science Subjects.
