Management:
 Report, record,
and investigate
incidents,
accidents, and
near-misses.
 Recommend
corrective and
preventive actions.
 Training &
Awareness:
 Conduct
toolbox
talks, safety
inductions,
and
awareness
sessions for
workers and
staff.
 Promote a positive safety culture through continuous
training.
 Emergency Preparedness:
 Ensure emergency procedures (fire, evacuation,
medical) are in place.
 Conduct emergency drills in coordination with
management.
 Documentation & Reporting:
 Maintain safety records, checklists, and compliance
reports.
 Submit daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports to
management and client.
 Coordination & Communication:
 Liaise with supervisors, engineers, and
subcontractors on safety matters.
 Ensure PPE compliance and enforce
disciplinary action for repeated violations.
 Legal & Regulatory Compliance:
 Ensure that all work complies with local
labor laws, OSHA/NEBOSH standards,
and client regulations.
 Verify that equipment is certified, insured,
and inspected Regularly
