• • I handled all responsibilities during the Erection and Commissioning of ETP and Ultra Filtration unit at our site.
• Handling the operation of Waste Water Treatment Plant (ETP) and Ultra Filtration unit and also making sure its proper maintenance.
• Continuous Monitoring for the Discharged treated water quality assure that it is within the limits.
• Addition/Changing the parameters of chemicals dosing in ETP after the result of water sample from Laboratory.
• Ensuring the CIP of Ultra Filtration unit after checking the Differential pressure of the membrane.
• Troubleshooting for Operation problems that may affect the Discharged Effluent Features within concern parameters to make decisions, apply necessary things to overcome the issues, & recover those issues via immediate action without fail.
• Daily basis use to monitor the plant for all operating sectors in the site .
• Maintaining the leadership and technical guidance to the operators, who are all performing works under the sites.
• Assisted Plant Manager in new projects by making technical comparison of the quotations/proposals and providing proposed machine/site layouts by using MS Visio & AutoCAD.
• Handling the quality of Boiler Feed Water by ensuring the proper dosing rate of chemicals after analysis which was held on 12-hr base.
• I am making sure the proper working of water softener by regular analysis and maintaining its regeneration schedule.
• Ensuring the complete servicing of DAIKIN Chiller water with chemical, circulating, draining and filling with fresh water and adding protective chemicals to make the water useable for longer period of time.
• Maintain the water level in DOOL-COOL Chillers to maintain the temperature and flow for filling unit PHEs.
• Keeping the stock record of all the chemicals related to water/waste water treatment and always in contact with the supplier to ensure the delivery.
• Familiar with mostly all waste water treatment plants (Primary, secondary and tertiary treatment plants, MBR, RO& all membrane filtration )
• Work on PLC and DSC control systems and easily understanding P&I diagrams and all water treatment plants designs.
• Acting in a supportive role in every department to the maximum level to facilitate/improve the quality of work.
• Actively participated in Fire Safety Training held during 09/10/21015 till 10/11/2015 by the name of “FIRE IS EVERY ONE’S FIGHT” held under the supervision of ADPC.
• Assure Full Commitment with EHS standers and instructions.
• • I am charge in the monitoring of water quality of SSP Plant, Boiler System, Closed Loop Cooling Water Systems, Cooling Towers Systems, Reverse osmosis, in above mentioned industry.
• I was also in touch with the mechanical department to point out the mechanical faults appearing in the equipments affecting the water quality.
• Done regular testing of water samples usually located in equipments with parameters like silica level, oxygen scavenger, phosphate, nitrite, iron, chloride, chlorine, total hardness, total suspended solids, turbidity, alkalinity, conductivity, pH, zinc, molybdate, iron dispersant, scaling inhibitors, BOD, COD for waste water project.
• Maintained water and waste water units and performed tests on water samples.
• Supervised the Reverse Osmosis Membrane Cleaning by the use Unitor Proprietary Chemicals.
• Ensuring & recommending the proper application of chemicals in Cooling tower system, RO system and in waste heat boiler, through regular monitoring of chemical dosing pumps and chemical tanks.
• Handled hazardous chemicals with help of various protective equipments.
• Assisted in operating various water distribution and sewage collection systems
• Supervised work of staff and ensured satisfactory work.
• Documented all test results and maintained records on a weekly, monthly basis

• Changing in the mixing recipe as per the product demand and final condition of the product
