In this position we are responsible for
• Successfully installed and calibrated various types of pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, flow transmitters, and pneumatic instruments into oil and gas modules.
• Maintaining and repairing marine e q u i p m en t.
• Connected all well head platform instruments with the plug panel.
In this position we are responsible for
• Maintaining and repairing marine equipment.
• Diagnosing faulty machinery and systems and conducting routine inspections.
• Assembled, installed, tested and maintained electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
• Connected wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Planned layout and installations of electrical wiring, equipment and other fixtures.
• Provided preventive maintenance and repairs of automated oilfield equipment on oil production rig onshore.
• Troubleshoot pumps, compressors, generators, process equipment, and three stages of separator control (oil/water/salt).
• Oversee power generation, distribution and control (20kv, 5.5kv and 380V panel).
• Scheduled maintenance of solar turbo generator and setting up EMS targets to improve environmental expectations.
• Successfully and safely installed various types of pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, flow transmitters, and pneumatic instrumentation into oil and gas modules.
• Installed pneumatic airline using various sizes of carbon, galvanized, and stainless steel pipe.
• Modification of new test separator instrument.
• Diagnosed control system problems using manuals, schematics and various test equipment
• Ensure the effective reporting of all operational and HSE&Q issues relevant to process operations are completed in a timely manner and forwarded to management accordingly.
• Assist the maintenance department to carry out planned/repair maintenance on all process equipment.
• Operations and maintenance of production/well testing.
• Monitor all process parameters from process control, recording daily activities and changes.
• Compile production and Well Test information.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of documentation submitted to the Production Supervisor.
