**Operate & Maintain the Deep-Packet-Inspection Equipment and related systems for continuous uptime, best service performance and to troubleshoot any problems- related to them.
**Design, Coordinate & Deploy new procedures & processors to manage traffic, as demanded by Changing Traffic Trends or the day-to-day operations.
**Analyze the performance, quality of the network and achieve the set target of KPI in IPTC network.
**Generate reports from DPI system, analyze them and report to Line Manager/HOD.

** Designed and managed BGP, OSPF, MPLS, MPLS L3VPN (MP-BGP) and EIGRP network protocols and implement QOS based on the customer request.
** Managed the Sri Lankan Internet Exchange Point where all major ISPs in Sri Lanka is connected.
** Participate in network and server (Linux and windows) related vulnerabilities.
** Managed Cisco, Mikrotik island wide wireless network.
** Provide 2nd level support to Core Network Services and problem resolution of customer network issues
** Plan, configure and maintain the ISP level OSPF network at optimum Level.
** Working with Project Team members closely to complete tasks assigned accordingly to the deadlines given.
** Responsible for designing and implementation of customers’ network infrastructure
** Representing the Lankacom at the IPv6 working committee organizing by the TRCSL (Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka).
