Ensure timely preventive corrective & break down maintenance with minimum direction & Supervision (Including “on call” duty as and when required) to restore the electrical system.
•To carryout installation of the electrical work, cabling, lightings, Sockets Etc.
•Maintaining records of Chiller power plant electrical equipment, Generators (1500KVA), Energy meter, UPS (250 KVA) Etc.
•Caring out the Scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance checklist, Servicing of MV Panel, SMDB, DB, FDC etc. using operation tools and Safety PPE.
& SKILLS
•Troubleshooting Motor Controller and Star -Delta Controller Panel, etc. Whereas, Read blueprints and drawing schematics to connect power supplies to machines and equipment with correct wires or cables.
•Maintaining and repairing all types of Plant Lighting System and Street Lighting System and Timers.
• Undergone training to operate Boom lift and Scissor lift Machine, Height- Approximately 20mtrs).
•Operation and Maintenance of UPS (250KVA).
•Operation and Maintenance and Repair the all types of Contactors (Star-delta, direct on line).
•Operation and Maintenance and Repair the Motors and Pumps (Star-delta, direct on line).
•Caring out the servicing and Planned Preventative Maintenance checklist and attend the PPM works as per scheduled, like MV Panel, SMDB, DB, FDC etc...With using operation tools and Safety PPE.
•Operation and Maintenance of Cummins Generator Sets (1500KVA).
•Operation and Maintenance of Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS).
•Operation and Maintenance of Transformers (2500kva).
•Operation and Maintenance of HT/LT Panel Breaker’s (VCB, ACB).
•Knowledge in Switchgears.
•Knowledge about Power Plant & Electrical Sub-Station(11KV)
•Attend and Quick response to the client complaint.
•Operation and Maintenance of Fire Alarm System and Lift.
•Handling manpower & Allocation to sites.
