Independently handling service business from inqury stage till payment followup covering marketing and sales activity till completion of repair activities for Distribution transformers.
Designing of Control Panels for Power Transformer (M. Box & RTCC):
Reviewing specification to understand customer requirement, Coordinating with Electrical and Mechanical design section, Technical discussion with Customers, Selection of Control componenents.
Six Sigma:
Understand the Six Sigma concept and utilise to improve Manufacturing process to identify and define problem, measure and quantify, analyse using tools, define and Implement improvements, Control Plan. Six Sigma project handled are as below:
1. Acheiving acceptable the Dew Point results of transformer RFT.
2. Acheiving perfect sizing of transformer Coil after Auto clave process.
Administrating and Execution of Raw Material Inspection, stage inspection of transformer and FG inspection.
Raw material inspection of Raw material at vendor end and their development.
Handling internal as well as external Non conformities.
Lead for Departmental ISO 9001 activities covering documetation, records, sustainance, Auditee.
Testing of Control panels for power Transformers.
