• Responsible for the proactive resolution of unbilled and queried debt for designs clients across Student Support and Tuition Services.
• Provide updates to mid-office teams to resolve queries and unbilled debt. Work closely with UK branch to resolve queries from all stakeholders.
• Provide updates to UK team in relation to the client debt profile and engage relevant stakeholders in the process if required. Working on high complex tickets and drive continuous improvement initiatives. « Update Timesheet information with candidate and clients. Adjust timesheet following agreed processes. « Participate in implementation of new programs and Create best practice and on the job trai modules.
• Validate process and advise internal customers and Stake holder Management. « Expedite the hiring process and meeting Clients SLA's/ dwell time. « Assist in maintaining data integrity by identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies in Salesforce records. « Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of processes and requirements. « Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline Salesforce operations and enhance efficiency.
