Leading a team of 8-12 members in cards, merchant and loans services to consistently meet and exceed
performance targets and KPI’s
− Establishing and revising all related regulations; policies, guidelines, manuals and SOP’s.
− Ensured all customer complaints are recorded and responded promptly well before the provided SLAs and
ensured no repeated complaints occur along with cardholder satisfaction, strengthening brand image and
maximizing profitability.
− Initiating and assisting in credit card/Loan product launches like preapproved loans, Small Finance loans, prepaid
corporate cards, supplementary cards and other process improvements in line with banks strategy
− Measured and reported the operational risk associated with in the process, including its identification,
assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting
− Assisting managers and channels (product managers, IT) to implement projects according to banks strategy.
− Maintained internal control standards in compliance with KRI & RCSA, including the timely implementation and
continuous review of all audit issues relating to the process
− Timely submission of monthly MIS / AOVR & any internal reporting requirements.
− Regular review and follow the project management policies and procedures. Ensure that all the business
requirements are handled in accordance to the policies and procedures in an efficient manner.
− Analyzing new projects and implementation support to banks business, meeting deadlines by coordinating with all
stake holder’s system integration testing and user testing support for new initiatives and Bug fixes.
