the leading film and cardboard producer in Bosnian market -
BEMUST D.O.O., where I have implemented the most up-to-date production facility, with machinery
from one of the top machine producers - Czech machine producer - SOMA Spol and German machine
producers - MAN Roland and HEIDELBERG.
The production plant was implemented on 10.000 square meters. Daily production of the film was
running approximately 150.000 - 200.000 running meters including converting processes: printing,
laminating duplex, triplex films as well as slitting and rewinding films. Regarding production of
cardboard boxes, approximate output per shift was up to 1 million finished boxes, concerning whole
production phases: printing, die cutting and gluing - braille embossing (pharmacy requested).
Above mentioned processes gathered great knowledge in materials such as:

- Polyethylene films - LDPE

- Solvent inks, bases, mixes, epoxy propane

Complementing technological development of serious production facilities and during the phase of
implementation of huge number of different customers in booth: food and non-food industries, I
have visited more than 50 different production producers in next industries:

By visiting all above mentioned productions, I was very happy to see different technologies and all of
their production processes where I have got a lot of experience in the business of various plastic
conversion;

Successfully translates detail requirements for complex technical meters while interfacing with key

of working procedures, reorganization of specific departments, changes in organization
of some processes, imposing new departments, connecting operational departments with production
and its functioning between each other. Implementinf ISO, HACAP, HALAL and close standards.
Establishment of the sales department, research activities on the market, organization of sale
productivity, plan to increase revenue, reorganization of supply department, getting new suppliers
with better prices, import new strategical raw materials, reducing the costs of administration,
establihment of better finantial policy, rescheduling short-term and long-term liabilities, increasing
production capacitiesbased on new export activities.

I opened my company as a new company for a trade and distribution business of special products.
Strategic plan was to pick up strong suppliers of very specific packaging types, consumable too much
locally, mostly not produced locally. Entering complex products range that were not produced locally was
the main target because of the space to enable and control big margin and profit. As a General Director, I
have used my connections and signed agreements with suppliers and vendors for being exclusive
representative as well as brought new customers and get long term agreements. Implementation of the
main targets implied, enlarging product offers in many different usage segments form one centre and
positioning company on the market and preparing financial picture of company in order to be capable to
invest after three years.
