RESPONSIBILITIES :
Processing Invoices & paying vendors on time and accounting the payments.
Maintaining strict SLA for timeliness and accuracy along with process improvements and automation.
Solving queries and issues raised by market and vendors.
Timely AP accounting and matching of invoices using Netsuite.
Reimbursing the client in case of extra amount received in bank.
Software application using Netsuite and Kyriba.
Consolidated tracker creation and dashboard.
Handling mails received from market.
Reconciling the entries.
Creating different reports on Excel.
