Responsibilities:- 1. Managing finalization of trial balance and consolidation of financial statements on monthly basis. 2. Efective handling of credit control and vendor management with proven track record of bringing working capital eficiency. 3. Analyzing and Monitoring Pricing policy of the company. 4. Adhering to compliance as per IFRS. 5. Financial planning and analysis, preparing cost & profit centerwise budgets and review of target achievements and setting up KPI. 6. Preparing and presenting monthly management reports MIS. 7. VAT compliances as per GAZT and return filings. 8. Coordinating with Internal and external Auditors (KPMG)

Manage day-to-day financial activities related to financial planning, cash management, treasury management reporting & analysis functions. 4. Planning, managing & executing the annual budget process in alignment with RAK strategic plan. 5. Providing analytical support to RAK's management process of operation and ad hoc financial reports that foster accountability and transparency. 6. VAT accounting setup and compliances as per GAZT and return filings. 7. Coordinating with Internal and external Auditors (KPMG). 8. Leading team for SAP (FICO, MM & SD) implementation. 9. Reporting to CFO & Finance Controller.

Preparing group financial cash flow plan & Ensure all entities having suficient cash flow for operation. 3. Ensure all entities of the group month closing & all reconciliation in time. 4. Upload salary in bank systems for final approval as wage protection system (WPS) 5. Periodic finalization of accounts and MIS of group companies and Preparing annual Budget & Provide analysis reports. 6. Communication of financial activities through spreadsheets, Charts, Graphs & PowerPoint presentation. 7. Review the investment in portfolios by Rating, Geography, Industry & market segment. 8. Invest in fixed income portfolios and achieve target revenue from portfolio sales. 10. Supervise & Monitor all finance activates during the time of Group finance controller vacation.
Responsibilities:- 1. Full responsibility of the general ledger month-end close and presentation of the Balance sheet and income statement results and analysis financial statements to the Management. 2. Manage & Track physical inventory observations at warehouses and regular reviving suficient stock level to operate the business. 3. Ensure integrity & accuracy of the stock management system in ERP. 4. Review key critical areas of stock including Max-Min level order, Damages, Nonmoving, dead stock & Inventory variance. 5. Oversees departmental cost and control accounts. 6. Work with the Finance Director & General Manager to prepare annual operation plans (AOP) and Five years budgets.
Responsibilities 1. Accounting and Summarized monthly financial results reported to Top level management(Trouw Nutrition Netherland, WECAT Management consultancy PVT LTD and Health Tree services PVT LTD, Mash Logistics International) 2. Complete E-Payroll administration of 4 MNC's including employee attendance, Payroll, Overtime, Leave, salary slip, Termination and Service Benefits 3. Experience in preparation and analysis of Budgeting, Cash Flow, Fund flow statement, Working capital management, Profitability, Variance and Ratio Analysis.. 4. Service tax, TDS, ETDS and VAT, Income tax, ITR filing and issuing related certificates. 5. Management of Trial Balance, P&L account, Balance Sheet and Finalizing financials as per Indian GAAP. 6. Internal Audit of all the accounts of the company which includes the cash book, bank book, the ledgers, journal, reconciliation of ledgers, physical stock audit, Fixed assets, Balance sheet, Profit and loss account of the company.
Responsibilities 1. Maintain all accounting function in plant including Account Payable, Accounts 2. Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Inventory control, Payroll and Scrap Accounts. 3. Controlling the G&A line with Annual Operation Plan. 4. Finalizing the Statutory Obligations of the Plant (VAT, CST, Excise, TDS, Service tax and C Form). 5. Preparation of monthly MIS (Operation review(OR), Direct material cost (DMC), Variable labour cost (VLC) and Key performance Indicators (KPI). 6. Scrap accounting and Reconciliation 7. Analysis of Plant Financial performance and comparing to Annual operation Plan. 8. Monthly Balance sheet and P&L Review, Closing Provisions 9. Concluded P2P and R2R Process and Actively involvement of SOP implementation in Plant Level. 10. Reconciliation of Bank and various Ledger Accounts. 11. Coordinating with Internal and external Auditors
