Tasks:
• Preparing a daily report (list of examined and unexamined contracts), distributing it and sharing it with the inspection, materials & inventory teams.
• Constant communication with the Contracts and Purchasing Department and the technical unit of the Materials Department, as well as communication with the end user.
• Informing the technical unit to communicate with the external supplier & vendor.
• Submit Overage Shortage & Discrepancy report OS&D and NCR.
• Checking of received packing list with PO, contract requirements & MTC certificates.
• Physically checking of materials (quantity, specifications, requirements).
• Ensuring the quality of received and stored materials and following up on the correct storage methods and their compliance with storage conditions.
Prepare Integrity (Inspection & Corrosion) work packages for PM & CM work orders to
develop the equipment maintenance plan as per standard to maintain the equipment availability.
Attend daily Notification review meetings and planning meetings.
Receive approved Inspection and Corrosion notifications, estimate required work,
generate work orders and obtain proper authorization to release these orders.
Site verification of all equipment relevant to work pack and completion of work pack checklist by
coordinating the compilation of all required checklist items.
Update the SAP (Computerized Maintenance Management System-CMMS), Work
Orders to indicate activities, relationships, man-hours, rough estimated dates, materials and services.
Identify the spare parts as per the drawings and Bill of Material (BOM) or Contact
vendor to identify the spares.
Create forms to code the materials in the materials management system and propose the quantity
required in stock.
Create Purchase Request’s (PR), Co-ordinate with Contract & Procurement (C&P) and
Technical verification of Integrity materials required to purchase.
Coordinate with maintenance planner and Discipline leads to prepare work packs for
jobs which required multidiscipline activities like scaffolding, mechanical, electrical, and
crane activities.
Reviews, plans and review all recurring PM (preventive maintenance) activities.
Assist in updating specific task lists for the Integrity plans within CMMS (Computerized
maintenance management system-CMMS).
Excellent Knowledge to verify and read P&ID’s, engineering drawing and GAD (General Arrangement
Drawing, O&M (Operation, Engineering, Maintenance Manual).
Perform data analysis for NDE reports for plant mechanical equipment and components and
(Vessels & Pressure relief valves, Tanks, Piping and pipelines).
Preparing inspection plans and activities, monitoring and mitigation of occurred corrosion.
Evaluating of corrosion rate to designating remaining life and the next inspection intervals according to
API and RBI for every equipment.
Evaluating and determining the damage mechanism and its applicable inspection examinations and its
extent.
Evaluating and suggesting recommendations and solutions for corrective actions and repairs.
Making inspection calculations, rerating for operating parameters.
Managing communication between maintenance, operation and inspection teams.
Controlling materials verification program MVP.
Receive and review inspection reports from inspectors and examiners.
Tasks:
• Achieve and management of Mechanical quality activities for Piping systems and Pipelines, Wellheads, hookups, water injection skid system and its final connection to Christmas tree.
• Control the quality of welding operations for crude oil flareless and skid system and its final connection to Christmas tree.
• preparing inspection plan and team distribution for each worksite.
• Doing water and hydrocarbon flowlines quality database and corrosion coupon.
• Controlling inspection techniques NDE, DE Hydrotest, pneumatic test and holiday test.
• Supervising painting and coating quality activities for piping and pipelines to conform client procedures and specifications.
• Review the examination reports and RT films with third party companies.
Supervising and controlling the quality requirements at work sites and workshop according
to WPS.
Applying acceptance and rejection criteria for codes and standards
Sending of daily report for NDT & DT activities.
Applying NDE examination PT MT VT UT for new piping and pipelines and another
mechanical equipment under construction and after completion.
Creating suitable conditions before, during & after the welding activities.
