Provided administration services to 3.7K+ employees, including maintaining personnel policies and procedures, ensuring consistent implementation and interpretation across organization and for all employees, managing staffing requirement, including employee forecasts, selection, and recruitment of to meet strategic, long-term needs, and overseeing employee relations functions, including benefits administration, medical facilities, grievance process, disciplinary actions, welfare programs, exit interviews, and turnover analysis. • Introduced new features in HR self services to enhance employee relations processes, such as online leave application, personnel requisition for recruitment, and employee status change forms.
• Contributed to negotiations with ADNOC and Service Provider Daman/Oman Insurance in implementing new medical insurance Schemes, while successfully negotiating contracts with hospitals and coordinating annual health checkup for employees in 2008.
• Led Employee Relations Team in implementing Oracle HCM in Gasco involving smooth migration of existing employee data from HR Access to the Oracle HCM.
