•Responsible of all support required to control and monitor portfolio projects and ensuring provide full support from startup till closeout.
•The representative for projects controls team and ensures all members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.

•Generate a weekly performance report, analyzing discipline states by different indicators: CPI, SPI and ETC, to close the project with the greatest performance.
•Update and analyze the schedule to maintain the forecast project delivery as planned.
•Controlling the subcontract as part of the overall schedule and following up maintaining the requirements as planned.
•Integrating the complete EPC schedule includes WBS, milestones, logic, critical path, resource loading, histogram and S-curve using PRIMAVERA and Re-baseline.
•Conduct an interactive planning session defining the logic meeting the milestones.
•Prepare a weekly performance report, analyzing discipline states by different indicators, CPI, SPI and ETC, to close the project with the greatest performance.
•Managing the schedule on a weekly basis by analyzing the forecast as planned.
•Work closely with the project manager, project engineer and discipline to monitor the project as on a baseline schedule.
•Monitor the project budget and expenditure to finish without overruns.
•Maintain project deliverable to enclose project delivery as requirement.

•Update and Monitor on a Weekly/Monthly basis the schedule for analyzing the forecast plan to ensure the project delivery.

•Building databases is dependent on calculation of the commercial budget and estimation of fabrication time.
•Calculate a commercial project budget in manpower mode.
