Was the project Manager in a Hult sponsored project with a retail company. Carried out market analysis and presented new innovative ideas to a company (Infostretch) that would shape the future of the retail industry
in Operational and Risk departments. Responsible for office administration, analyzing statistical data, data compilation, maintaining project records, and other related assignments.
•Reviewed client loan applications, ensured creditworthiness, and approved or disapproved applications.
•Ensured that all applications met with lending criteria.
in Accounts and Human Resources departments. Responsible for office administration, journal entry preparation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, conducting employee surveys, compiling survey information, conducting competitor analysis, tracking employee absenteeism, providing employee coaching, and handling various special projects.
•Also negotiated sales packages with agents, and ensured an optimal and equitable rate structure.
•In human resources role, ensured a significant reduction in employee absenteeism.
Worked on various research projects in Accounting, Operations Management, and International Marketing to name a few. Furthermore, managed Hult sponsored project with companies in Bay Area (San Francisco, U.SA). .
I completed my A-Levels in Maths, Accounting and Business.
