Currently I am handling the whole business of the laboratory division (for the entire market of UAE) in city pharmacy (Abu Dhabi) reporting to the CEO with the following activities
i) Managing the sales team daily activities
ii) Maintain a high level business relation with our principals companies and key customers
iii) Preparation of marketing plans, Marketing Activities, business plan and the price list
iv) Forecasting the Sales target
v) Supervising and motivating the sales team to achieved maximum profit along with the company objectives
vi) Recruiting
vii) preparing the business presentation showing my team achievement to be presented to the owner of the company
viii) doing the presentations for the VIP customers
